FAQ

Where and how do we source ingredients?

Our main ingredient is cold-pressed, organic unroasted cacao and we use only the best quality varieties from Ecuador or The Dominican Republic, such as heirloom Arriba cacao from Ecuador.  For sweeteners we use raw organic honey or organic date syrup. We procure all our ingredients through highly reputable suppliers aligned with our mission and values. All our ingredients are sourced ethically. Our cacao suppliers are Fair Trade certified.

Where do we make our chocolates?

We handcraft our chocolates in an incubator kitchen in New York City. Every flavor is made in small batches with great care.

How to care for our chocolate?

Feel Good chocolates taste best at room temperature and when consumed shortly after purchase. If you’re saving them for later, store in a cool, dry area with a temperature range between 57℉ and 63℉, away from sunlight. You can also store them in a wine cooler.  The chocolates are good for up to 6 months, yet it’s best to consume them sooner since we don’t add preservatives.

What are the nutritional facts?

Each individual chocolate piece contains less than 43 calories and 1.6g sugar. Feel Good Chocolates are rich in antioxidants, flavonoids and other key nutrients such as magnesium, and potassium.

Is the packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes, all of our packaging materials are biodegradable and environmentally friendly, even the clear eco bag inside the kraft paper box.
